Jim and Becky were living in Lima, Peru throughout the majority of their time on the mission field, serving with Bibles International (BI), a branch of Baptist Mid-Missions producing Scripture translations. Jim was the Projects Coordinator for the Americas which involves locating and identifying potential translation projects for Bibles International while pastoring in a local church. At the end of 2025 they moved back to the United States and now reside in South Carolina while continuing their work with Baptist Mid-Missions
